Overview
Optimal Financial, operated by Maddison Inc., offers subscription-based access to its wealth governance platform. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refund is provided for the remaining days of the current monthly billing period.
- You retain full access to all features until the end of your paid period.
Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rata refund if cancellation is requested within the first 30 days of the subscription or renewal.
- The refund amount is calculated based on the number of unused full months remaining, minus a processing fee of $25.
- After 30 days, annual subscriptions may be cancelled but no refund will be issued. Access continues until the end of the annual period.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancel your subscription:
- Email info@maddisoninc.ky with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address.
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Exceptions
- If the Service was materially unavailable or non-functional for an extended period due to our fault, we may issue a discretionary refund or credit regardless of the billing cycle.
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
- Free trial periods and promotional credits are non-refundable.
Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, contact us at info@maddisoninc.ky. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If we cannot reach a resolution, the matter shall be governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands as described in our Terms of Service.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email.
