By accessing or using the Optimal Financial platform ("Service"), operated by Maddison Inc., a company registered in George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Optimal Financial is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) wealth governance platform. The Service provides portfolio tracking, financial independence planning, governance scoring, document management, and related tools. The Service is a software tool only and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or any form of regulated financial service.
The information, projections, scores, and recommendations provided by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any investment. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. The Company is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting info@maddisoninc.ky. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for the remaining portion of a monthly billing period.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, design, text, and graphics, are the exclusive property of Maddison Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or investment returns, arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maddison Inc. and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Cayman Islands.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification at least 30 days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
